Dear Customer,

We will roll out our new MTLS Webhook gateway certificate for the TEST webhook domain in October 2026 for Direct IDnow API Implementation.

Digital Trust Plattform/ SealID Webhooks are not concerned and remain as is.

Expiry Date Test: 02.10.2026
Rollout Test: 01.10.2026, 12:00

If you have pinned the SHA keys for the above domain, you must update them to the new values:

This change will not require downtime, and service levels will remain unaffected.

If you need the full TEST gateway MTLS certificate beforehand for implementation change on your side, please open a ticket in our support portal and we will attach the new certificate to your ticket so you can implement it.
