Dear Customers

For all Intrum identification processes where the end user performs a liveness check, a new technical component is used for liveness detection. The new component enables passive liveness detection, allowing identity verification without complex or unnatural movements for the end user. This results in a smooth and intuitive capture process and removes the requirement for full screen mode. The solution has been audited and is certified according to ISO 30107-3 Level 2, ensuring compliance with relevant security and regulatory requirements.
